Environmental art

This series explores the boundaries between we and nature. Based on my own personal experience and observation of being in contact with the ocean water  - particularly, the physical sensation of floating, the emotional and symbolic bonding through community groups for whom the sea plays a significant identity role, it evokes the enjoyment of being on water; of feeling water. It is an exploration into the sensory experiences of the skin and the associated emotions: the physical zest of its softness and texture, the warmth and cold of its currents in constant movement, and the gentle rhythm of its flow.
